Trade shows are easy to describe and hard to use. A buyer flies to Shanghai, walks eleven halls, collects two hundred brochures, and goes home with a bag of paper and no decisions. This page is written for the other kind of visitor — the one who arrives with a list of part numbers. Guangzhou Shenyue Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. has been on the exhibiting side of bauma CHINA since 2016, and this is what we have learned about making the visit pay.

bauma CHINA 2026: two venues, one badge
The 2026 edition is the first that runs across two venues at the same time. The World Expo Exhibition Centre hosts the show from 23 to 26 November 2026, and the Shanghai New International Expo Centre from 24 to 27 November 2026, with one badge covering both. You will find us at booth E4.187 in Hall E4 of the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.

What to bring to a parts stand
A parts stand is not a machine stand. Nobody ships a hydraulic pump to Shanghai to be admired. What we can do in four minutes at a table is confirm numbers, and that only works if you bring the numbers.
- The part number from the nameplate, not from a manual. A K3V112 pump on an SK200-8 is quoted under 2924610-0030 / YN10V00005S156; the set plate that goes with it is 2924110-0056 / LC10V00010S153. Both are different from what a later generation carries.
- The machine model and serial number. SK200-8 and SK210-8 share a Nabtesco GM38VB travel motor (YN15V00037F1 / F2 / F3). The -10 generation does not — it carries the GM38VC, YN15V00083F1. One digit in the model changes the quote.
- A photograph of the component. Port pattern, connector shape and mounting face settle arguments that a part number alone cannot.
- Your consumption, not just your failure. The parts you replace every 1,000 hours are worth more planning than the part that failed once.
What we can and cannot promise at the stand
We keep 3,000+ part types on the shelf in Guangzhou across four warehouses, and 100,000+ part numbers are available to order through our original supply channels. That means most conversations at the stand end with "yes, send the number and we will quote within 24 hours with photographs of the actual units" rather than with a carton under your arm.
We are an independent supplier of Kobelco parts and not an authorized Kobelco dealer. We are authorized distributors for Mitsubishi, Garrett, TONGMYUNG, Marusan and NIKURA. Every quotation states whether each line is genuine, OEM or aftermarket — including the ones we write at the show.
If you cannot travel
Half the people who read this will not be in Shanghai in November. Nothing about that changes the way we work: send the part numbers, the machine model and serial number, and a photograph of the component nameplate, and the quotation comes back the same way it would have if you had stood at E4.187. The show is a way to shorten a conversation, not the only way to start one.

Send your list ahead of 24 November and we will pull the units, photograph them and hold them, so the conversation at the stand starts from "here are your parts" instead of "let us check".
